In Australia, Westox products have been used on Elizabeth Farm (c 1974) Australia’s oldest surviving European building, Fort Denison and Port Arthur to name just a few.

Westox was founded in 1976, under the name of Westlegate and is based in the Sydney suburb of Revesby. The company is responsible for the successful introduction and wide-spread use of chemical damp proof course systems and have also developed a number of restoration methods. These include optimising the ceiling reinstatement system for houses with wood lath ceilings.
